Place doesn't open until after 11:15 frequently. Constantly out of rice, beans, and cheese. Confused if there even is management, or if they care. Extremely dirty, drinks never available....

Claims they open at 10:45, I'm in a rush and I get there 8 minutes after they opened and the doors are still locked, good work guys!
