I like this Chase branch, the wait is usually not very long and they seem to have good people that knows what they are doing. All my more complicated issues I've had like an international wire...

Today I go walk up at 4:30 pm on the dot and the doors are locked. The sign and website states 9-5 but is closed. Do not understand very unprofessional. I give 0 stars but have to rate it 1

Kristopher is the friendliest Chase employee. Every Friday I go in to deposit my paycheck and he makes my Fridays that much better. Love this place, very friendly staff and very professional
