Positive customer service is non existent here. Needed to open an account and was told to open new account via the app. Didn't want to stay past closing time since we must have not been worth it.

Poor service at this bank. The investment team lost 25% of the money I gave them to invest, and the bank offers an abysmal return on their savings accounts even for their "private client" program....
