Frustrating at the moment! It has been 5 + weeks since we dropped off our Dyson for repair and 2 days after dropping it off we were told they ordered a part and now FIVE WEEKS later they claim...

Had my vacuum repaired last week (needed a new on/off switch); they repaired and tuned up the vacuum and it runs better than ever; even picked up pet hair and it wouldn't before. Great job.
