I'm so confused! Is Center Pointe a mall or a shopping center? A few stores are enclosed and everything is outside in the elements. The only reason we came here was for the DSW, Nordstrom Rack...

The actual enclosed Centerpointe houses two really great things- the speediest, cleanest Sec of State in Michigan and Nordstrom Rack. The toy store is now gone :( , the other stores are empty...
