Center For Eating Disorders
The Center for Eating Disorders (CED), founded in 1983, has been a pioneering program in the field of eating disorders, serving the Southeast Michigan community and beyond for 40 years. CED offers telehealth-based outpatient treatment, education, support, and referral services for individuals and families affected by various eating and body image disorders, including anorexia, binge eating disorder, and bulimia.
In response to the recent public health crisis, CED transitioned to telehealth services while maintaining a physical presence in downtown Ann Arbor. The center's clinical team includes specialists in dietetics and nutrition, providing comprehensive support for all ages, and hosts educational workshops to further community awareness and understanding of eating disorders.
