Terrible customer service. Treated poorly on numerous occasions. Even had a tech refuse to leave my premises when asked to leave numerous times. Staff appears very unhappy. Sad

Why did I call at 8am on 11/26 because I needed my mom's air flow bed servicing and got disconnected both times?? Poor customer service!

Pay my bill monthly but it's never reflected in the bills I receive from them. Plan on paying them and not using them again. Has to be a better option.
