Camp Selah is a Christian camp for boys and girls, and was founded in 1948 by a number of local churches and individuals. Camp Selah is located on 23-acres and offers a sport lake. Its four buildings include a chapel, which seats 150, two dormitories with bathrooms and showers. Its two-story main building includes kitchen, dining room, game room with fireplace, private accommodations for guest group speakers or leaders and up to five additional dormitory rooms. Recreational facilities offered at the camp include a covered pavilion for picnics and games, a softball field, two volleyball courts, a basketball court, and two big game fields. The waterfront includes paddleboats, rowboats, kayaks, canoes, and a large swimming area with a diving and sunning raft. Camp Selah is licensed the State of Michigan Department of Consumer & Industry Services, and is a member of the Association of Christian Camps and Conferences. Camp Selah is located in Reading, Mich.
