Slow service and not enough help let's the lobby fill up and only takes care of drive through before lobby, I am running late because of this

I ordered a hot ham and cheese and was given a veggie sandwich. They have been serving me this sandwich for at least 30 years. This is the only restaurant that gets it wrong EVERY TIME!!!!! So...

Waited in the drive through and was never assisted on. Watched 3 other cars get serviced before me in the other lane. This happens every time. Then they make you wait at the first window event...
