This BK is excellent compared to others I've been to. The service is always friendly and fairly speedy. The only reason they don't get four stars is because they don't offer free wi-fi.

BK has fallen off the Customer Service wagon and has No Idea how to use or assist customers with the BK App. This is really the only way they offer any "So Called" Deals or "Limited time"...

Store was dirty (unswept, etc) and I left after waiting over 15 minutes with ansolutely no acknowledgement that I was even standing at the counter!

Food was alright, service was incredibly slow (I waited over 45 minutes for my food). Most employees were just standing around. Will not be back here.
