We were visiting Detroit and wanted something we've never had before so we picked this place for a door dash delivery. We got a steak and chicken shawarma wrap. Chicken nuggets and a lamb stick....

Detroit's Best Sandwich Wraps We opened our doors in 2006 in Detroit when the economy was rough, the streets were quiet and everybody said we were crazy. We believed in Detroit when most people didn't and we were right. There is no place we would rather be than right here in the city. Our food ranges from classic Romanian dishes to middle-eastern concepts and American standards, each with its own unique twist. Everything is handmade in a traditional kitchen as it should be with original recipes that you won't find anywhere else. Awful food, lamb was tough and greasy Grape leaves were soggy and greasy, terrible, the shawarma sandwich fell apart from all the grease and tugging on the rubber texture of the lamb

Just went to Bucharest yesterday evening and ordered 3 lamb shawarmas and they sucked! They were nothing but fat! I will never go to the Jefferson location downtown Detroit again! And the girls...

We stopped here after spending a lovely day on Belle Isle. We all got Chicken Shawarmas. Oh so good! I wished there was a downriver location!
