The service at Brow Art 23 was fast and inexpensive, and my eyebrows look good. But I found the experience far more painful than waxing, so I don't know if I'll be back.

My friend and I went here and we were both very unhappy about the service we received. We both have multiple areas of ripped skin. And they styled the brows however they wanted without listening...
