Ok not adding much different than other reviews. Played morning July 4. Day became hot. Course is really in great shape. Clubhouse is badly outdated but didn't affect our day. The carts - WOW....

Played this course last week. The condition is just ok but the layout is horrible. Very dangerous when you get to the top of the hill. Too many holes and tee boxes stuffed into a very small area.

The course itself is pretty nice. But, it is basically just a worse version of sanctuary lake. The pace of play is extremely slow, overbooked tee times, and bad clubhouse. But the starter was...

I'd give it a zero if I could. Cutting grass around the green while putting. Cut branches and debris in the fairways, sand traps not raked. Putting green has no flags. Golf cars old and rickety....
