The most expensive eye exam I've ever had. They are still sending me bills for extra (unauthorized) charges even 9 months after the exam! All I wanted was a new pair of glasses... :-(

They charge a $50 "non refundable" fee for new patients to book an appointment regardless of insurance coverage.
