Birchwood, unlike many "equity" share clubs, initially required property purchase for membership. There were varying lots of different sizes, some "buildable" others merely membership lots; prices...

Pristine, gorgeously maintained clay tennis courts. Beautiful golf course and the golf pro helped this beginner develop what she is told is a very nice swing.
