There okay I've been dealing with them since 2013 they cut cost there are some nice reps there oxygen cords are not as good as they use to be

This place is an absolute joke. Zero communication, zero willingness to listen or help. It doesn't take 3 months to get a cpap machine. Had I not kept calling I'd have never even heard from them....

commuication with technician for exchanging concentrators and not being billed for a concentrator that should be covered through medicaid bummer
