It provides a variety of home-based services that include crisis intervention, case management, care coordination, and individual and family therapies to individual suffering from emotional disturbances. Lapeer County Community Mental offers a wide range of residential services to individuals, including nursing and behavioral services, and occupational and speech therapies to individuals suffering from developmental disabilities and chronic mental illnesses. The center s additional services include assertive community treatment, outpatient triage and short-term therapies, and respite and family support services. It also offers various personal care services that include meal preparation, laundry, medication administration, and household care and maintenance. The center is located in Lapeer, Mich.
