I used BFPH mostly because it's close to the airport but staff had an attitude like they don't want to be there.

This place is pretty good, I had to leave my cat here for a few days because I was going out of town, the facilities are decent, the dog area could use improvement as well as more to the cat room....

I believe they did not care for my pet at all. My dog was matted, dirty, and seemed scared when I picked her up. I had hope for this place but it does look dirty, so not super surprised.
