Hands down, the best bar in bay city. The bartenders are all so awesome, and so are the customers. I live two blocks away, so I'm there multiple times a day. The drinks are tasty and inexpensive...

I am not as big of a fan of the Bell as Jason is. Maybe it's because I'm not Polish... It's not so much the bar, because it's about what you would expect in Bay City. And the prices aren't too...
