It's a place to put your boat. Or to go visit a friend...who puts their boat there. Reasonable facilities, has a pool and hot tub, electrical and everything else seemed pretty straight-forward...

Great rack storage! Fast service, great hi-lo drivers, and clean grounds and bathrooms! Gas dock can be a little tricky when there is a lot of traffic or windy but the workers are great.
