The girl refused to make a milkshake. Wouldn't give a reason. My boyfriends scoop was freezer burnt. Never again.

Rude and they advertise a mini milkshake/cappuccino/smoothie but refuse to sell you one.... even though it is on the big menu in three different spots... false advertisement
