What's the point of having a phone number if you never answer? Clicked on every single day on the website and no available appointments either. How annoying.

10 am open time. No drive thru. Long lines. Stupid rules (full address on deposit tickets, lining up your account number just right on the ticket...). It isn't a bank concerned with the customer.

The store hours say open at 9am. Im sitting here 10:20am, doors locked, no note, nothing. Very professional. Thanks for wasting my time.

I very rarely have to wait in line, staff is very friendly and welcoming and can answer any of my questions.
