Eh, honestly I'm glad I switched to a local credit union. BoAs account maintenance fees were starting to get ridiculous. Why pay to have access to my own money? Not to mention the long wait times...

Worst customer service you will ever experience. Branch Manager is arrogant, rude, loud, disrespectful, clumsy, and she lacks experience and knowledge. I can bet money that she has came in this...

Just close it down, no more drive thru, 2 employees working at the window while 3 people walk around and greet people. Idk why they don't just jump in and help. HORRIBLE.

They should just close this location. No drive thru service or drive thru atm. It's only 2 people ever working so the line inside is always super long. The worse BOA location I know

I don't think I have gone one time and was satisfied with the way the tellers greeted me. I think they compete over who's the most rude one and whoever wins gets lunch or something on the house....
