The automated answering service is really terrible. It takes forever to actually speak to a person. The online banking is not very good either.

This used to be one of the best banks anywhere when Camille Sawdon was running this branch. I was told by a teller that Camille left Bank of America and every single employee save one also left....
This bank is the slowest. Painstakingly slow just to add another person to an account.
