Aunt Millie s Bakeries, based in Fort Wayne, Ind., has been a family-owned company since 1901. The company is affiliated with the American Bakers Association, the Grain Foods Foundation, the International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association, the Wheat Foods Council and the Whole Grains Council. An employer of more than 2,000, Aunt Millie s Bakeries maintains operations in Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio and Kentucky, including a location in Jackson, Mich. It specializes in producing baked bread products, such as buns, rolls, English muffins, bagels and donuts. The company s brands are distributed throughout the United States with primary distribution in the Midwest. In 2005, the company s name was changed from Perfection Bakeries to Aunt Millie s Bakeries.
