Aunt Millie's Bakeries

Founded in 1901 as the Wayne Biscuit Company, Aunt Millie's Bakeries is a family-owned company that operates six bakeries and distributes its brands throughout Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, and northern Kentucky. Aunt Millie's Bakeries produces bread and other baked goods under various brand names, including Hearth bread, Hearty Goodness bread and Homestyle bread. The company also bakes and distributes a full line of hamburger and hot dog buns, deli buns and rolls, English muffins, bagels and donuts. Aunt Millie's Bakeries is headquartered in Kalamazoo, Mich., and employs 2,000 people in Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio and Kentucky, The company operates two bakeries in Coldwater, Michigan, and bakeries in Fort Wayne, Indiana; Jackson and Kalamazoo, Michigan; and Sidney, Ohio.
