This place is always wasting time. The manager Joey just directs workers through the phone, making it a time consuming and frustrating process to get anything done.

I had a very bad experience here I was the only customer in the store I arrived right at 11 and it took them over 2 hours to simply order 3 phones on an existing account

I have tried to drop off my old phone so I can get it credited to my account 4 times now. At 10:15am, 3:30pm twice and 5:15pm and every time I go it says they are open online but no one is there....
