This one of the worst at& t store . They sell you a phone and don't know how to transfer your information from old phone and lose important information during the process of getting a new phone....

I work in retail we take every customer until closing, turning away a customer and service at 4:25 when you close at 5 is BAD BUSINESS and lazy.
