My husband stood in store for at least 5 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged. Usually you will have someone say 'Hi, we will be with you for a few moments' but not once was even looked at....

I have been using this branch for years, never again. I have been having problems with my phone ever sense it updated (not sure if this has anything to do with it, except the timing). It goes dead...
