Person really helped of explaining things and getting our new phones was a breeze but it did take about an hour to transfer an old number from a different carrier.

Don't go to any ATT branch they sold me what I paid for was a new iPhone and they sold me a used one with the old customer credit card information on it. They will take your money no problem but...

Fast selling customer service people to the point of deception. They have a 14 day return policy in which new clients do not getting their billing details until after. ATT&T will not intervene,...
