Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists was founded in 1994 by Jeffrey Sirabian. Since 1994, PPTS has grown and expanded to 17 locations throughout Southeast Michigan. PPTS provides Sports Medicine care to Professional, Collegiate, and High School Athletes. We also are the leaders in orthopedic medicine. Our licensed clinicians are trained in a variety of different specialties, such as, Hand Therapy, Vestibular Rehab, Spine, and Women's Health.
