This place is ridiculous. The running joke is that it takes as long to get food here as it does in a sit down restaurant. Every time we come here it's the same nothing ready and nothing happens...

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich "Meatcraft", and our dedication to Meatcraft informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It's why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we're happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Food is great when it's fresh they'll serve you with the oldest fries they have drive thru experience is horrible no cars in the drive thru lane and they'll still have you sit for about 10 minutes...

This Arbys is a joke. The lobby isn't open or the drive thru is closed. Service is pathetic. Needs new management. If it's a franchise it should be sold. Still don't know how they keep lights on...
