"Great location. Calm not crowded in the AM. Staff is friendly. The place runs COLD. Dumbells only go up to 60lb wish they had 70-75 like at plainfield and some others. Still worth going here!"

The founding owner, Johnny Betts is back as of April 2018 and we are looking forward to helping you with all your fitness needs! We have free weights, machines, cardio, lockers, and 24 hour access with a membership pass.
