If I could rate it 0 stars I would, DO NOT RIDE AMTRAK, I was delayed over 7 hours and the staff has no apologies and seemed to hide because the entire train had questions. Absolutely ridiculous.

As of November 2019 they have now LOCKED all of the outlets in the entire building so you can't even charge your fucking phone while you wait here for hours on end! Seriously - I have visited...

Always late. Never on time. Never apologetic. It seems having a bad attitude is a requirement for all employees. Trains typically run cold. Pretty uncomfortable as well
