They are absolutely unreachable. Imagine an entire train station that can't be contacted. They even list the Amtrak headquarters number as theirs. Simply questions go unanswered like their phone...

This is the first time I have ever taken Amtrak and it will be the last. The train from Durand Michigan to Chicago Illinois was almost 2 hours late on the way there and now here we all are sitting...
