The company has operated home care agencies in Louisiana since 1979, in Texas and Michigan since 1983, and in Virginia since 1985. Saint Mary s Home Care offers a variety of care services to patients. It is comprised of various nurses, rehabilitation therapists, medical social workers and home health aides. The facility is Medicare- and Medicaid-certified and accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program. Saint Mary s Home Care is a part of Saint Mary's Health Care, which offers a range of health care services to individuals and families. Established in 1893, Saint Mary's Health Care offers services for Alzheimer s disease, memory and sleep disorders, cancer, cardiology, diabetes, endocrinology, strokes and kidney transplants. It also has a neonatal intensive care unit and fitness club, as well as operates Parkinson s and birthing centers.
