Americas Best Value Inn and Suites-Grand Rapids

I was in Grand Rapids for their Comic Con, didn't realize I was heading out there till the night before. So no way I could research the hotels and be ready for this trip. Too much going on. So...

Wow.....I am surprised that this hotel is still in business! So the prices are cheap ($57 a night or $260 a week) but it comes with crappy service, crappy bed, and crappy WiFi. My room was haunted...

Sleep on a park bench if you have to. It's better than staying here. The rooms are disgusting and they enter them even after being told not to. Horrible customer service and very rude management....

Can't imagine why they built a hotel in this area other than its near the Veterans Home. I suppose there was some free land there and geez what you going to do with it, let's build a hotel

Room had smell of smoke when I entered. It was small with fake wood flooring instead of carpet. Shower was unusual and water dripped on floor. The vents in the ceiling needed cleaning...
