Lisa, our owner, prides herself with saying her facials are more than just that, they are a chance for her clients to relax in the chair and forget about the hustle-bustle of everyday life. One of her greatest compliments, aside from referrals, is when her facial clients fall asleep in the chair! She then feels she has accomplished her mission. Lisa believes most people are overworked and overstressed in this busy world and that is why she is bringing this new holistic approach to health care in her Himalayan Salt Spa. So many unwarranted health issues start with stress. In addition to visiting the Salt Spa and taking advantage of the many wellness services offered, Lisa also suggests getting in the habit of taking two minutes each day to just sit quietly and take a few deep breaths and RELAX. Let those two minutes turn into five minutes or even ten! Before you know it you will experience positive mood changes and a renewed energy your body will thank you!
