We opened as a full service food truck in May 2019. We operate seasonally in down town Charlevoix at our fixed location down Van Pelt Alley off bridge street, between Northbound and Cherry Republic follow the alley past The Cantina Mexican restaurant and you cant miss us. Now you can enjoy one of The Cantina's several drinks including their house Margarita while enjoying one of our rotated 20 Mac N Cheese Variations.

We are a food truck that offers 14 killer varieties of Mac N' Cheese, all made fresh to order and completely from scratch. We also have fresh squeezed lemonade, edible cookie dough and so much more. We have outdoor seating and offer an experiance for the entire family, pet friendly too. I love the outdoor atmosphere, the food is fantastic!! I got the Classic Mac and a hot dog. And the staff is friendly. I will definitely be back.
