HistoryI graduated from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Movement in Nashville Tennessee. I went to work for Dr Thiesing in Columbia Tennessee and stayed there for 5 years working with client injury and rehab and although I loved my time with Dr. Thiesing I left to open my own practice in 2006 working specifically with women in health and wellness, my practiced thrived until 2010 when my husbands work moved us to Lansing Michigan. I was pleasantly surprised to find this collage town to be a hub for the healing arts and found my way to East Lansing and the Center For Yoga. Again my studio is a place of healing and recovery for women.
