Advanced Physical Medicine was envisioned by Dr. Wilson as a comprehensive & complementary pain management clinic to get to the root cause of pain in order to reduce or eliminate pain, and restore function and mobility to our patient's lives. Our physician is board certiified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Management. Our services include both traditional and holistic. We offer medication management, steriod injections, diagnostic testing (EMG), medical acupuncture, intramuscular stimulation, prolotherapy, regenerative medicine (PRP), physical therapy, MLS laser therapy, and massage.
