This is a must stop when in Houghton! I wish I had this building attached to my house! What a fantastic collection of specimens, not only from nearby but around the world. Nice gift shop too. Kids...

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Quite possibly the best mineral museum I have been to in my life - and I have been to quite a few of them.
