90 Degrees North Power Yoga was born out of Jennie and Laura's desire to find a place where they could create Community, Serve their neighbors and encourage others to Live their Why.

90 Degrees North Mission is to create Community, Service & Leadership locally and globally. We provide the space for us to all Live our Why. Every day we are gifted the chance of renewal. A chance to be in alignment both physically & mentally; the opportunity to grow beyond what we know ourselves to be, and awaken to the possibility of play. In our space there is no finish line. There are no medals. It is a practice. We will sweat, breathe, and create space both internally and externally. You will leave feeling lighter, renewed. This won't be easy. It will take courage. Facing who we are in the present moment every time we step onto our mats is a practice. And if you stay, it works, the practice works!
