Hi, my name is Zuleem Garcia I am a Licensed in Real Estate and Life Insurance in the great state of Massachusetts. As a New Englander we go through all the seasons Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. We honestly don't get a break!. but for that reason I know first hand the importance of getting your home ready for selling any time of year and the importance of pricing your home right. The real estate market goes through motions year after year and while doing so knowledge is key from curb appeal, to organizing, cleaning your home and doing the right upgrades, to maximized the value of your home. The truth is that real estate transactions are nerve wracking and there is a lot of components that you as a prospective buyer or seller need to be aware of at all times. My experience gives me the ability to listen with care to customers needs, understand their concerns and provide the best quality of service by maintaining the best interest of my customers at heart.
