History

Mercedez has been a licensed member of the American Massage Therapy Institute (AMTA)since 1995 and has been nationally certified as a massage therapist by the NCBTMB since 2005. As the former owner of Satori Wellness Spas in Provincetown and Eastham, Mercedez designed all of the treatment protocols and personally trained each of the therapists on staff to ensure clients received consistent, quality treatments. She has also taught massage techniques and spa treatments at the Massage Institute of Cape Cod and at industry conferences nationwide. A published author, Mercedez is certified to provide Continuing Education classes and credits to massage therapists looking to improve or expand their skills.

As an experienced professional, I customize each session to ensure you receive the treatment which will most benefit you; I incorporate Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, myofascial release, Lymph Detox, Reiki, Cranio-Sacral and other techniques, as appropriate.
