Williamstown Commons

Located in Great Barrington, Mass., Fairview Commons is a nursing and rehabilitation center. It is an affiliate of Berkshire Healthcare, a regional management system with more than 15 long-term care facilities. The center consists of semi-private and private rooms, enclosed courtyards, rose gardens, beauty salon and barbershop, exercise classes and cable television. Its on-site provisions consist of X-ray and lab services. The center specializes in caring for memory loss, dementia and Alzheimer's disease patients. It offers services, such as short- and long-term rehabilitation that includes physical and occupational therapy, and speech and language pathology. It also provides pain management, wound management, enteral therapy and 24-hour nursing care. Additionally, the center organizes various social, musical and artistic activities.
