I bought a groupon for a four hour cleaning. Andrea kept rescheduling and then I received an email that my groupon was no longer valid and that my credit card would be refunded. NEVER HAPPENED....

Don't buy a groupon for this vendor's services unless you are available around their schedule. Not flexible at all, and not helpful via e-mail. I was able to get a refund from Groupon.

I paid for a Groupon for Where's the Dirt. We scheduled the day and even confirmed the day before. They never showed up and won't return any of my calls. Very unprofessional.
