Unfortunately, this Wendy's has gotten worse. The introduction of AI (AI Fresh) for kiosk ordering has not gone well. All of my family's recent orders have been wrong. The AI can not understand...

The service is terrible. The food is extremely misleading, borderline scam. The baked potato that I order was completely uncooked. If zero stars was an option I would use it.
