Friendly tellers/staff. Clean/neat location. Easy website, convenient locations/ hours. I have been with Webster bank since I was 18 years old n have no desire to bank anywhere else.

Worst bank ever!!! You get to the teller window and they totally ignore you. Bank called me to make an appointment. Ignored for over one hour. Two tellers working on one customer.... Other teller...
