I have been offering Thai yoga massage therapy since 2001. In search for a more comprehensive strategies around health, food and nutrition, I attended the institute for integrative nutrition (2006) and then the institute for the psychology of eating (2009). I have seen clients of all ages in different places in life and was able to help them from wherever they are at. one step at a time. If you are confused or have feelings of shame, guilt or fear around your health, your body or food choices, I might be able to help you.
